The establishment was very clean, and the environment felt warm and welcoming. Unfortunately, I had a serious food-safety concern during my visit. While eating my frozen yogurt, I found what appeared to be a nut mixed in with the sprinkles. I have a nut allergy, and thankfully I noticed it and spit it out before swallowing it. This could have resulted in a severe allergic reaction. I understand that Menchie’s is a self-serve establishment and cross-contamination can happen, but allergens need to be taken extremely seriously, especially around toppings. I strongly recommend that management review how the toppings are stored, handled, and monitored to prevent nuts from getting mixed into non-nut toppings. The store itself was clean and pleasant, but this was a huge safety issue for me and could be dangerous for another customer with a severe allergy.

A healthier, delicious alternative to ice cream, but eat it on the spot! πŸ¦πŸ“β˜€οΈ This is easily one of my favorite dessert options in the area. It is a much healthier and lighter alternative compared to heavier ice cream places like Cold Stone Creamery, allowing you to enjoy a sweet treat with less guilt. Regarding this specific location on 49th St, the storefront is quite small, so it can get crowded and cramped very quickly when it gets busy. Because of the limited space, I highly recommend arriving with plenty of time to spare if you want to sit down and enjoy your mix. Also, a major personal tip: do not order this to go or try to take it back home if you live a bit far. With the Miami heat, your frozen yogurt will completely melt halfway through the drive, and nobody wants a cup of melted soup. Show up, customize your toppings, and enjoy it fresh right there in the store!

My grand daughters favorite place. We get different flavors and all toppings are good. Very tasty and most enjoyable

The place is a pig sty. Dirty tables, used cups, napkins and spoons on tables and nobody picking them up and cleaning. Rude women taking chairs from other tables and bringing them for their table when only two of them are ordering. Another table with 4 adults and their children having finished and staying to talk and not freeing up a table. The girl behind the counter not doing anything about it, not cleaning. I'll never go back again. This the reason Hialeah gets such a bad reputation. You have to be considerate of other people. You are not the only person in the world. Others have a right to sit and enjoy their yogurt as well. I'm never going back.

Menchie's is top tier. The store is always super clean, bright, and inviting, and the frozen yogurt is consistently fresh and creamy with a great variety of flavors. The topping bar is fully stocked and organized perfectly. Huge shoutout to Kiki and Angie β€”they're incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always go above and beyond to make sure customers have a great experience. You can tell they genuinely care and take pride in their work. Because of them, this Menchie's stands out from the rest. Highly recommend!
